The DWGHA Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 14, 2008 at the Pickering Recreation Complex - O’Brien Room beginning at 7 p.m.
The executive positions up for election this year are:
Director of House League
Director of Rep/Select
Director of Ice Management
Secretary
Director of Hockey Development
Treasurer
Director of Senior Ladies Hockey
For Director of Rep Hockey and Director Ice Management, nominations received no later than 45 days in advance of the AGM. Candidates for these positions must have served on the DWGHA executive council for at least 1 year.
ii. For Director of House League, Treasurer, nominations received no later than 45 days in advance of the AGM.
iii. For Secretary, Director of Hockey Development, nominations received at anytime up to and including from the floor of the AGM.

Any proposed changes to our constitution must be submitted in writing to the Secretary Patty Davis at secretary@dwgha.com
