Durham played the last three regular season games over a long weekend from February 12-15, completing their season with a trio of losses. In an away game against Cambridge, Durham was on the losing end 8-0, followed by a home game against Stoney Creek on Saturday February 13th, with a 7-1 result. In that game, Caitlyn Nat scored Durham's lone marker at 3:49 of the second period off assists from Alix Vallee and Jenn Lawrence.

On Monday February 15, Durham played a re-scheduled game against the Mississauga Junior Chiefs, again coming out the losers. Durham was hampered by team injuries, missing both Sydney O'Neill to a broken ankle and Candace Robbesheuten to a concussion. Next up, the OWHA Provincial Finals, which marks the end of the season for the Junior Lightning.
